Joey Mastrosimone

Bio

Coach Mastrosimone starts his fourth season at Oakland High, working with the defensive line for the Patriots. He has 21 years of previous coaching experience, including four years at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, Calif., and 14 seasons at Northview High School in Covina, Calif. He played collegiately at Azusa Pacific and received his bachelor’s in Psychology in 2002 from APU and a master’s in Special Education from National University. He is married to the former Natalie Yount and the couple has three kids, two daughters (Gianna and Sophia) and a son (Vinnie).
